Architect

As we continue to grow and develop, our Construction Department is in need of another licensed architect. This position is responsible for producing site plans, site layouts, building design and alterations with precision as well as maintaining responsibility for the overall technical design and build of the project elements while adhering to the established time frame and budget.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with acquisitions to develop site plans and layouts for perspective projects.
  • Produce detailed technical documents and project specifications.
  • Keep within budget constraints and timelines.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations by having knowledge of the latest building codes.
  • Presentations of designs, drawings and renderings to clients/owners as required.
  • Provide customer training while developing ideas that keep the clients need and building usage in mind.
  • Participate in internal projects as required.
  • Maintain current licensure and obtain new certificates as needed.
  • Work closely and coordinate with other professionals, including engineers and construction staff or contractors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment: The majority of this position is in a professional setting dealing with our Acquisitions Department, Project Managers, Management, Ownership and customers. There are occasional site visits required with this position.

Special Requirements: This position requires the ability to work 40-50 hours per week during normal business hours Monday - Friday, with occasional hours outside of that range as business necessitates. Incumbent must have good organizational skills, be self-motivated, possess good time management skills and have the ability to communicate with people on all levels as well as exhibit a strong imagination and the ability to think and create three dimensionally along with a strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.

Apartment Cleaner

  • Provide technical review with local jurisdictions on land development plans to include land usage, roadway and utility planning as well as proper permitting. 
  • Preparing and negotiating contracts, leases, deeds, mortgages and other real property legal documents on behalf of the company in terms of new project development.
  • Manages the market research and development for the company’s operating plan in terms of market balance, diversification, demographics, trends and contract types.
  • Implements, coordinates and executes the business development strategy with regard to new business development across the organization.
  • Facilitate the hand-off from the acquisition pipeline to the construction department.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external clients i.e. engineering firms, cities, counties, municipalities, etc.
  • Acts as a liaison between the CEO, Director of Operations and the Construction and Leasing Departments with regard to business development objectives.
  • Actively participates in designated industry association and trade groups.
  • Stays abreast of trends and changes in the market and shares learnings across the organization.
  • Ensure project data integrity and accurate documentation both internally and externally.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
