APRIL pankow | assistant project manager

April Pankow was the second construction employee hired by the company in 2009. She served as Construction Administrator and currently is Assistant Project Manager and a member of the Construction Management Team. April’s role includes coordinating the start-up of new projects, working through the bid phases, assisting the Site Superintendents and supporting Project Managers. As a member of the leadership team, April brings a depth of knowledge about the company and the construction staff. Her insight and dedication in advancing the division is instrumental as the scope and capacities of the construction projects expands.


bill siegler, pe | civil engineer

Bill is the Civil Engineer and part of the Construction Management Team. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and 17 years of experience as a professional civil engineer doing municipal and transportation projects. Bill works on the pre-development team assisting through the acquisition and approval phase of the project and then manages the site work. Bill’s expertise is instrumental in moving multiple large scale projects forward. He is known for his attention to detail and capacity to handle a large workload as well as engaging personality.


chris karch | senior project manager

Chris Karch is a Senior Project Manager and member of the Construction Management Team. He joined the company in 2009 as a Project Manager. Chris previously operated his own company as a General Contractor for residential and light commercial for 19 years and is OSHA 30 certified. Chris manages the Construction Division and is responsible for budgets, schedules and projects. He has been a mainstay in the division overseeing multifamily projects, the construction of the corporate office, and numerous special projects. He is focused on the growth and development of the department along with the support of his staff. His longevity with the company through its expansion speaks to his commitment to his staff and the company.


scott ristow | construction field manager

Scott Ristow is the Construction Field Manager and member of the Construction Management Team. He joined the company in 2015 and was superintendent on several of the company’s projects. He was promoted to his current position in 2018. Scott has 30 years of experience in construction and previously operated a custom home building company. Scott trains and develops the field staff and his role is instrumental in increasing the capacity of the department. He has a strong focus on team building and is committed to passing on construction knowledge to the next generation in the field.
