This location will have an on-site office open during business hours with professional leasing staff and 24 hour emergency maintenance service. Tenants on our sites must agree to the Rules & Regulations that can be found HERE. The Rules & Regulations are enforced.

When will this project start? When will it be completed?

We anticipate starting this project in the summer of 2020. It will take several years to complete. As the builder and owner of the project, we will adjust the schedule according to demand in the area.

How will this benefit the city of Eau Claire?

We feel the project will benefit the area in several ways. First, it provides a variety of maintenance free housing options at a wide range of price points adding much needed housing in the area. The project is a private investment in the community which will add a large property tax base for the city. Local subcontractors, tradespeople and laborers will have several years of work on this project. We will also utilize local suppliers and lenders whenever possible. Lastly, we will be an active member of your community for the long term adding property management jobs on site and contributing to local charitable organizations and causes through our CAS Committee.
