I lived at Jackson Estates in Merrill, Wi. I lived there for two years. I had a 2 bedroom. I loved that I had a washer/dryer in my apartment. The rent was reasonable and included a garage and heat. I lived in an upper for one year and then a lower. When I lived in the upper, I loved it in the summer when I could keep my windows open for sleeping. The ceiling fans were nice, wish there would have been one in the living room though. Loved that there that were security doors since I lived alone. I never had to worry about people getting in that didn’t belong there. The neighbors were friendly and we all took care of each other. If they didn’t see you for a couple of days, when they did see you, they asked if everything was okay. Miss my apartment. If I hadn’t had to relocate to find a job, I would still be there. I lived there from 2012 to 2014.
