Nathanael Popp | operations manager
Nathanael was named operations manager of S.C. Swiderski in 2019. He oversees all divisions of the company and is responsible for implementing the vision of the owners. He is a graduate of UW-Stout with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management and has 16 years of construction and management experience. Nathanael joined the company in 2015 in the property management division. He is instrumental in developing company culture and driving company processes and efficiencies.

Jacqui McElroy manages the company’s real estate portfolio, business relationships and growth objectives. Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and has 21 years of experience in real estate and marketing. She joined S.C. Swiderski in 2016. Jacqui oversees real estate acquisitions and dispositions, development, project approval and financing along with the company’s strategic marketing direction. Jacqui’s passion for her work, her creativity and strategic nature are an asset for the company.

KARI KUSSOW | LEASING MANAGER
Kari Kussow joined the Leasing Department in 2015 and was named Leasing Department Manager in 2016. She has a Bachelor’s degree from UW-Stevens Point in Business Management and has 19 years of experience in team development and leadership. Kari manages the on-site Leasing Managers and is responsible for the operations of the company’s multi-family and commercial portfolio. Kari’s commitment to customer service paired with her energy and leadership skills, has the Leasing Department poised to handle the continued portfolio growth.

Tom woller | Construction manager
Tom manages the construction division. He has over 30 years of experience in construction and project management. Tom has filled the roles of superintendent and project manager at the company and managed key projects such as Westwood Estates and Urban West in Wausau. He was promoted to Construction Manager in 2019. Tom’s leadership style drives the division to new levels of success. He has a wealth of energy, enthusiasm, knowledge and a drive for process improvement
