Nathanael Popp

Nathanael is a member of the Board of Directors and oversees the operations of the company. Nathanael also manages the Maintenance & Landscaping Department. In addition to overseeing the Maintenance Technicians, he facilitates the regular maintenance and service calls for the company’s real estate portfolio in addition to coordinating grounds services. He brings 15 years of construction and management experience and is a graduate of UW-Stout with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management.  Nathanael’s personable and hands on management style keeps these busy departments running smoothly.

Construction
Management Team

The Construction Management Team is comprised of four seasoned industry professionals, April Pankow, Bill Siegler, Chris Karch and Scott Ristow. Together they manage the Construction Division which includes architecture, excavation, project management and field staff. Each member of the team brings their experience and dedication to continuous improvement for the Construction Division.  This collaborative leadership approach is key to the success of this diverse division of the company. The leaders are committed to the company’s mission of providing quality developments and embrace the values of treating people, partners and customers with fairness and respect.

KARI KUSSOW | LEASING MANAGER

Kari Kussow joined the Leasing Department in 2015 and was named Leasing Department Manager in 2016. She has a Bachelor’s degree from UW-Stevens Point in Business Management and has 17 years of experience in team development and leadership. Kari manages the on-site Leasing Managers and is responsible for the operations of the company’s multi-family and commercial portfolio. Kari’s commitment to customer service paired with her energy and leadership skills, has the Leasing Department poised to handle the continued portfolio growth.

JACQUI MILLER | REAL ESTATE &
MARKETING MANAGER

Jacqui Miller manages the Real Estate Division which includes S.C. Swiderski Land Company, acquisitions, sales and predevelopment phase of projects.  She also leads the Marketing Department implementing the strategic marketing plan and managing the company brand.  Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from St. Cloud State University and has 19 years of real estate sales and marketing experience. Jacqui’s passion for her work, her creativity and strategic nature are an asset for the company.
