Due to a future vacancy, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Coordinator at our corporate office in Mosinee. This position will be the liaison between our tenant base, department Managers and our Maintenance Technicians. The majority of this position will be working within the Corrigo work order system.

Essential Functions:

  • Working with our tenant base and internal employees, schedule work orders for our Maintenance Technicians
  • Prioritizes Technician workloads as appropriate
  • Maintains working knowledge of compliance related matters and maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the position
  • Professional and courteous communications with internal and external customer base
  • Contribute to various interdepartmental tasks based upon need
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced and cyclical environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications/EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience and/or a combination of experience and education
  • Knowledge and experience in working in an automated system
  • Basic maintenance and/or construction knowledge a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Above average communicator
  • Results driven personality
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative position
