S.C. Swiderski welcomes Jack Hatlen and Ian Gibbs as the 2018 interns in the Property Management Division.  Jack will work from the corporate office assisting with the management of the central Wisconsin properties. Ian will be based in Wisconsin Rapids helping with the four sites located there as well as the nearby properties.

The interns act as ambassadors between the public, the residents of our apartment communities and the Leasing Department. Their primary responsibilities include answering inquiries, showing apartments, overseeing tenant move-ins/outs and day to day operations of the sites. As part of the internship program, Jack and Ian will also be exposed to other roles in the company including marketing, accounting, maintenance and grounds.

Jack is a junior at UW-Stout studying property management. He enjoys skiing and golfing. Ian is an incoming freshman at UW Marathon County where he is a member of the basketball team.

“We are excited to have these talented students working with us during our peak season. The internship program is designed to provide broad exposure to our company to enhance the experience of the interns. The company also benefits from their energy and insight as they work with us through the summer.”
