S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a rapidly growing construction and real estate investment company, is seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent to work for S.C. Swiderski Land Company. This candidate will help the company meet its revenue objectives by making profitable sales of the company’s real estate holdings with a focus on recreational land sales and help identify real estate acquisition opportunities.  Primary area of focus for this position will be northern Wisconsin.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Prepare and/or review documents such as agency and representation contracts, purchase agreements, title work and closing statements

  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services

  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters

  • Handle negotiations on purchases and sales

  • Effectively communicate and coordinate activities with all parties throughout the transaction

  • Deliver outstanding customer service

  • Achieve profitable real estate transactions, ensuring the Land Company contributes to the overall success of the company

  • Report activities, opportunities, results and market information to Real Estate Manager and Broker

  • Coordinate marketing, maintenance and development efforts on land and property holdings

  • Identify and analyze land investment opportunities for the owner

  • Follow policies and procedures of S.C. Swiderski Land Company

  • Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner in all advertising and interactions

Skills/Requirements

  • Active Wisconsin Salesperson’s license

  • Involvement in industry, community and networking organizations

  • Professional, highly ethical, and committed to acting with integrity

  • Strong sales and communication skills

  • Ability to follow processes and properly document activities

  • Attention to detail

  • Extremely organized, energetic with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

  • Self-motivated

  • Must keep current on license requirements, industry standards and practices

This is a sales position and the salesperson will be an independent contractor for S.C. Swiderski Land Company, LLC, which is a Wisconsin licensed real estate brokerage. Salesperson will not be treated as an employee with respect to the services performed by salesperson as a real estate agent for federal tax purposes. Salesperson shall have no right to compensation based on number of hours worked. The salesperson will be paid commission as 1099 income.
