SCS CELEBRATES 30 YEARS!

S.C. Swiderski, LLC is celebrating its 30th anniversary of providing quality housing options throughout the state of Wisconsin, making them a regional leader. To celebrate 30 years of being in the industry, we are thrilled to announce numerous events and celebrations throughout the year. S.C. Swiderski would not be as successful if it wasn’t for the communities we serve. We take pride in bringing housing needs to their community and we thank them for their everlasting support. To celebrate and show our appreciation, we will be donating a total of $30,000 to local non-profit organizations in the communities where we have existing locations. More events catered toward our employees, tenants, and sub-contractors will also be taking place throughout the summer. We are excited that we will be starting 16 project sites this year, while completing another five.

A great day to celebrate the official 30th Anniversary of S.C. Swiderski, LLC! Our dedicated team members throughout the state were able to celebrate together with a sweet treat! Over the past 30 years, S.C. Swiderski has evolved tremendously, but it wouldn't be possible without the great employees that work here! The success over the past 30 years is due to our ability to listen to tenants, focus on continuous improvement, develop their team and operate with integrity.
