Tyler Betry Joins SC Swiderski
Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, welcomes Tyler Betry as Landscaping and Grounds Manager. In his new role, Tyler will design and manage landscaping installations on new projects and oversee the grounds maintenance for the company’s real estate portfolio.
Tyler has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in land use planning and management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. He has worked for Eau Claire County in the planning department. He also has experience in shoreline protection working for Langlade, Lincoln and Marathon Counties where he specialized in zoning, shoreland buffer restorations and education. He has worked on private land and large scale public land projects.
Tyler says, “I am very excited to be a part of S.C. Swiderski and eager to bring my knowledge/expertise to the table. Being able to work for such an aspiring and growing company is a dream come true!”

New Building Opens at Woodland Estates
Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, has completed a building at Woodland Estates in Wisconsin Rapids. The 16 unit building opens for tenants on February 1st. This is the third building to open at this site.
Woodland Estates will have 56 units when completed; the plans include four two story buildings with detached garages spread over a six acre site which offers ample green space. The apartment site has one, two and three bedrooms apartment homes ranging from 686 to 1200 square feet. The site offers private entrances, patio or balcony, a walk-in pantry and appliances including a full size washer and dryer. Each apartment includes a one stall garage with additional stall available for a monthly fee.

Bill Siegler Joins SC Swiderski as Civil Engineer

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, announces the addition of Bill Siegler as Civil Engineer. In his new role, Bill will work with the company’s pre-development, construction, excavating and landscaping teams. His role encompasses site development, coordination of surveying and utility installation and working with the municipalities on the company’s various projects.
Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He has 17 years of experience as a professional civil engineer doing municipal and transportation projects. He has performed a wide scope of projects from reconstruction to major transportation designs including WisDOT projects. Most recently, Bill was Senior Engineer at EMCS, Inc.
Bill explained that he is excited to join S.C. Swiderski, “I am looking forward to the challenge of working on the range of projects that the company has in different stages of planning and development.”
