Today we held a retirement party for Bessie Curran. She has been with us for 10 years and has made monumental contributions to the company. We wish her a bright and blissful retirement!

STAR SPOTLIGHT -
This month’s star spotlight is the Pre-development Team. Fay Harder, Bill Siegler and Jacqui Miller have made significant progress over the last few months of moving the company forward on several key projects. We appreciate their abilities and commitment in the tasks required to get multi-family acquisitions through the processes with the sellers, municipalities, and into construction. Bill’s civil engineering and Jacqui’s real estate and marketing experience have enhanced this team’s ability to address project development challenges and take responsibilities off of Fay’s plate. Bill and Jacqui are team players. Their work on presentations to various city groups, compiling and understanding information, field work and overall marketing strategies are commendable. Thank you for extending work hours to attend city meetings and for representing the company well.
