S.C. Swiderski is a local company that designs, builds, owns and manages our own multi-family projects. An exciting aspect of our business plan is that we are not reliant on outside companies to provide us with projects. We have experienced 100% over the last three years and are seeking motivated individuals to grow with us.
We are hiring for several full time, year round excavation and construction positions including:

- · Construction Superintendent
We are hosting a Construction Career Fair on February 9th from 6 am to 6 pm at our corporate office at 401 Ranger Street, Mosinee. On the spot interviews will be available at the event. Meet the best hands on managers in the industry and learn about the opportunities for advancement with our Construction Career Ladder.
We are currently building Moon Lake Estates in Rice Lake, Westwood Estates in Wausau, Urban West in Wausau and Sturgeon Bay Estates; we have projects in the pipeline for the next several years. S.C. Swiderski has a 26 year history of no construction lay-offs. Our excavation department was expanded in 2017 with new equipment and a dedicated manager.

S.C. Swiderski Welcomes Tom Woller as Project Manager
We are pleased to welcome Tom Woller back to the company as a Construction Project Manager. In his new role, Tom will coordinate and support the delivery of large construction projects from inception to delivery. He has been named Project Manager for Westwood Estates in Wausau, Wisconsin; this site of 80 luxury apartment homes was designed by S.C. Swiderski and will be built, owned and managed by the company.
Tom has 28 years of experience in construction and project management. He previously was a construction superintendent for the company and oversaw the multi-family development Prosser Place Estates in Antigo, Wisconsin from the field. Tom’s experience includes owning his own construction company in North Dakota and several roles at Wausau Homes.
Tim Koch, Construction Manager, said, “We are happy to have Tom in this important role. His level of experience and ability to effectively communicate and manage all aspects of the project make him a great fit.”
Tom lives in Wausau. He is an avid traveler and an accomplished photographer specializing in wildlife and nature photography.
January Star Spotlight
January’s Star Spotlight is the Accounting Department which includes Bob Eberhardy, Tami Gibbs, Carrie Slater and Amber Anderson. We recognize this department for their outstanding attention to detail and dedication to the company. Day in and day out, they track company revenue, pay expenses and process payroll and benefits. They also handle recording tenant deposits, rent payments and collections. The department is instrumental in implementing process improvements as the company grows. In addition to their accounting tasks, they share their talents and skills in other areas of the company. Bob works closely with construction on processes. Tami helps decorate the corporate office and model homes. Carrie and Amber recently added onboarding new employees to their responsibilities. The department also assists as back up to the Receptionist. Thank you Accounting Department for all you do to keep SC Swiderski running smoothly!
