Fall Leasing Site Manager Meeting
The Leasing Department held its fall meeting on October 19th at the corporate office in Mosinee. Site managers from all locations, leasing office staff and managers participated in the meeting. The daylong event included segments by the accounting, marketing, real estate and construction departments along with an employee appreciation luncheon with the maintenance and grounds departments.
“The event was a great opportunity for our remote employees to interact with the various departments learn more about the company. The company is committed to supporting them by providing ongoing training and development.” said leasing manager Kari Kussow. She added, “I am proud of how hard our leasing professionals work to provide great service to our tenants.”

S.C. Swiderski welcomes three employees in key administrative roles. Ashley Shippy and Javonna Jones have recently joined the company bringing significant experience to their new positions.
Ashley Shippy is the construction office coordinator directing construction visitors and supporting the construction staff and the project management team. In addition to seventeen years of customer service experience, she worked for four years an administrative assistant in the real estate industry.
Javonna Jones has over twenty years of administrative experience, a degree in psychology and is currently in school studying human services. In her new role as receptionist, Javonna manages the front desk and supports many operations of the company with a special focus on employee retention.
“S.C. Swiderski is committed to providing great service to customers, vendors and our internal customers, our staff. These three positions support this commitment. We are happy to have Ashley and Javonna with their depth of experience on board in these vital roles,” said HR Manager Kim Dennee.
Welcome to Senior Accountant Kyle Brandt
We are pleased to announce Kyle Brandt has joined the company in the role of senior accountant. Kyle assists with the financial management of the company including reporting, budgets, accounts payable and receivable and special projects.
Kyle holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from UW-Stevens Point and has five years of industry experience. Most recently he was a staff accountant at Schuette Metals. Kyle serves on the board of directors for the United Way Marathon County and is a member of their Emerging Leaders group.
In addition to his accounting responsibilities, Kyle also serves as a volunteer advisor to the company’s Community/Action/Service committee. The CAS committee is an employee group that organizes and executes volunteer efforts and community projects for S.C. Swiderski.
“We are pleased to have Kyle join the company. He brings a great skill set and his ability to take on projects is appreciated as the company grows and develops,” said the company’s controller, Bob Eberhardy.
Kyle also has a degree in Kinesiology from UW-Eau Claire with a degree in Kinesiology. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and playing volleyball as often as possible. He purchased his first home in February. Welcome Kyle!
