S.C. Swiderski, LLC plans to merge two of our properties in Merrill, WI– Jackson Estates and Country Meadows – into one: SCS Merrill. As a respected property development company, our goal is for our customers to easily identify both properties as being owned and operated by S.C. Swiderski, LLC. As a tenant, you can expect the same dedicated service and care from our on-site property manager and maintenance teams.
