S.C. Swiderski Promotes Elizabeth DeGroot to Marketing & Design Coordinator
S.C. Swiderski, LLC announces a promotion of Elizabeth DeGroot to Marketing and Design Coordinator. Elizabeth joined the company as a graphic designer in 2016. She was instrumental in implementing the branding campaign and developing the company’s websites. In her new role, Elizabeth will handle the day to day operations of the marketing department and contribute to the interior design team with research and selections on new construction projects.

S.C. Swiderski Welcomes Cecil Dehart As Leasing Site Manager
S.C. Swiderski, LLC is happy to announce that Cecil Dehart has joined the company as a Leasing Site Manager. He joins the Property Management Division of the company in the Leasing Department and will oversee two multi-family locations.
Cecil graduated from UW-Stout with a bachelor of science degree in construction management. He served six years in the US Army Reserve as a mason and carpenter. He has eleven years of experience in construction, property maintenance and management. In his new role, Cecil will handle leasing and tenant relations at Prosser Place Estates in Antigo, Wisconsin and Mill Street Estates in Eagle River, Wisconsin. Construction was completed at both sites in 2017; the sites offer one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments.
Leasing Manager, Kari Kussow, said, “We welcome Cecil to our company. He has a solid foundation in property management and is a great addition to our leasing department. Our site managers have a strong focus on providing a great tenant experience and I am confident Cecil will deliver exceptional care of our tenants in Antigo and Eagle River.”
Cecil and his wife live in Antigo with their three young children. He enjoys being active and the outdoors. He also has several hobbies and talents including drumming, photography and video editing.
