S.C. Swiderski Announces Promotions Across All Divisions
Mosinee, WI - S.C. Swiderski, LLC announces the promotion of several key employees across divisions. The announcement comes as S.C. Swiderski sees continued growth and expansion. In 2021, the company has 7 multi-family projects going into production and over a half a billion dollars of residential projects in development.
Angie Cook has been promoted to Leasing Consultant. In her new role, she will manage River Trail Estates in Weston which has 84 apartments and will be opening Phase II with an additional 28 apartments in 2021.
Lizzie Hompertz has been promoted to Leasing Consultant/Turnover Specialist in the Leasing Department. She will manage Hilltop in Edgar and Blue Stone Estates in Marathon City which will add 30 additional apartments in 2021.
Jacqueline Jacinto has been promoted to Real Estate Coordinator. Jacinto is a licensed Realtor and will handle closing coordination and administration for SCS Real Estate and its licensed agents.
Samantha Kaczor has been promoted to Senior Marketing Coordinator. Kaczor has been instrumental in expanding the brand awareness in new markets. She manages advertising, website management and marketing for all divisions of S.C. Swiderski.
Dawn Keel has been promoted to Senior Structural Designer. Keel plays a key role on the design team creating new building and plan sets, coordinating with structural engineers and performing site inspections.
Pat McElroy has been promoted to Senior Lease-Up Property Manager. McElroy recently received his CAM (Certified Property Manager) credential. He does research and planning for new projects and manages the lease-up phase of new apartments sites.
Kortni Wolf has been promoted to Senior Development Administrator. Wolf recently received her real estate salesperson license. She coordinates land acquisition and the municipal approval process along with administration for title, easement and financing for transactions and projects.

S.C. Swiderski Construction Announces New Managers
S.C. Swiderski Construction, LLC has added leaders in two key roles.
Bert Marvin has joined the construction department as a Site Superintendent. He has over 27 years of construction experience and holds an associate degree in Residential Design. Marvin is currently managing construction at SCS Marshfield which is a 160 unit multi-family project.
Matt Behnke has been named Field Manager for S.C. Swiderski Construction. Behnke was previously a Union Carpenter and business owner; he has over 22 years of construction experience. He manages the framing crew which work on SC Swiderski projects.

S.C. Swiderski Names Nathanael Popp as COO
S.C. Swiderski, LLC announces the promotion of Nathanael Popp to Chief Operating Officer. Popp has 16 years of construction and management experience and is a licensed Realtor.
Popp began his career at S.C. Swiderski, LLC in 2015 in the property management division and steadily increased his role and responsibilities. He was named Operations Manager in 2019. Popp has been instrumental in developing company culture and driving company processes and efficiencies. Since 2019, S.C. Swiderski has expanded their capabilities and has over a half a billion dollars in residential projects in production.

Popp will be the first COO for S.C. Swiderski. The company has experienced strong growth over the last two years and has added new positions and leadership across all divisions of the company.
Nathanael is a lifelong resident of Central Wisconsin. He enjoys adventurous activities and is high-energy. Some of those activities include camping, snowmobiling, and utilizing his UTV. He and his wife, Aimee, and their two children also volunteer in their local community.
