S.C. Swiderski Donates $30,000 for 30th Anniversary
S.C. Swiderski, LLC is celebrating their 30th Anniversary in 2022. To celebrate 30 years of being in the industry, they will be hosting numerous events and celebrations throughout the year. S.C. Swiderski would not be as successful if it wasn’t for the communities that they are a part of. They take pride in bringing housing needs to multiple communities and they want to thank them for their never-ending support.
To celebrate and show their appreciation, S.C. Swiderski will be donating a total of $30,000 to local non-profit organizations in the communities where they have existing locations. Those communities include Hortonville, Stanley, Mosinee, Rice Lake, Wausau, Weston, Merrill, Shawano, Eagle River, Marathon City, Medford, Plover, Edgar, Oshkosh, Stevens Point, Sturgeon Bay, Waupaca, and Wisconsin Rapids.
S.C. Swiderski’s team has named 120 local non-profits in their communities as finalists and the finalists will be voted on by their employees each week. Once selected, each of the 30 winners and the other finalists will be recognized at upcoming events happening in their communities such as ground breakings, grand openings, and other tenant events throughout this summer and fall.

S.C. Swiderski Announces the Opening of Apartment Sites
S.C. Swiderski has recently opened buildings at SCS Fox Point in Merrill, SCS Shawano, SCS Hortonville, SCS Stanley and SCS Oshkosh. All five projects went into construction in 2021 and will continue to open additional buildings as they are completed throughout 2022. All locations offer market rate rental apartment homes with a variety of floor plans. Director of Business Development Jacqui McElroy said, “Our floor plan mix is based on research of the area demographics and demand so we have built a variety of options for those seeking maintenance free living at each of our locations.” All homes have private entrances, in-unit laundry and garage parking. Rent rates will include heat, water, garbage, cable and internet.
The company is building single family homes at Lallapalooza Estates in Black River Falls under their new division of SC Swiderski Homes. Additional locations for single family home development are planned for 2022 construction.
In additional to starting new single family homes in 2022, the company has multi-family projects planned for construction in Black River Falls, Chilton, Eau Claire, Florence, Marathon, Niagara, Rothschild and Sturgeon Bay, “We are happy to bring quality housing to Wisconsin communities that are experience a shortage of housing options,” explained McElroy.

S.C. Swiderski was formed in April of 1992 and is a privately held company with corporate headquarters in Mosinee, Wisconsin. S.C. Swiderski has added two divisions of their company in the last 2 years. SCS Real Estate, a real estate brokerage with a team of agents helping everyday buyers, sellers, and investors. The team is lead by Managing Real Estate Broker, Samantha Cricks. The second division is S.C. Swiderski Homes, where S.C. Swiderski is entering a new market, while bringing their 30 years of building experience. The homes division of the company is building single-family homes. SCS Homes is a natural evolution for the company. The team works closely with SCS Real Estate, the exclusive listing agency of the homes.

To celebrate and show our appreciation, we will be donating a total of $30,000 to local non-profit organizations in the communities where we have existing locations. More events catered toward our employees, tenants, and sub-contractors will also be taking place throughout the summer. We are excited that we will be starting 16 project sites this year, while completing another five.
