S.C. Swiderski Adds to Construction Team
S.C Swiderski, LLC is continuing to grow our team in 2022 as we open new apartment sites and increases the number of projects going into construction. S.C. Swiderski has added 16 new team members to our construction team in the month of April. Several of the new team members come with extensive construction experience and will be a valuable asset to the SCS Construction team as the construction season is in full force.
Among the new team members is John Jaeckels who joins SCS Construction as the Framing Foreman with 44 ½ years in the construction industry. “We are fortunate to have John come on board. We have many projects lined up and his experience is key in moving our projects forward,” said Director of Construction Tom Woller. Also joining SCS Construction as the Framing Crew Lead with 20 plus years of industry experience is Dale Verdine.
S.C. Swiderski currently has fifteen projects starting construction 2022 and over a half a billion dollars of projects in various stages of planning and approval. Jacqui McElroy, Director of Business Development, said, “We are excited to be bringing quality housing to communities across Wisconsin. We are introducing a variety of new apartment buildings, duplexes, and single-family homes in our 2022 projects in an effort to meet some of the housing demand.” All of S.C. Swiderski projects are designed, built, owned, and managed by the company. The company has several projects in construction and will be breaking ground on additional projects this year.

S.C. Swiderski Celebrates 30th Anniversary
S.C. Swiderski, LLC is celebrating our 30th Anniversary in 2022. We take pride in bringing quality housing and professional service to communities throughout Wisconsin. To celebrate 30 years of being in the industry, we will be hosting numerous events and celebrations throughout the year to thank our employees, tenants, vendors and communities where we operate.
S.C. Swiderski kicked off our celebrations with cake and cupcakes for all employees on April 14th. Corporate office employees participated in cake cutting ceremony with owners Shane and Sheila Swiderski while off site teams celebrated with their leadership team. The celebration continues as all employees are invited to the SCS Rothschild Groundbreaking Ceremony on June 7th. Employees will get a first hand look at the new multi-family project and the company will donate $9,000 to local non-profits chosen by employees during the ceremony. On June 16th there is an all company outing to the Wausau Woodchucks game. Employees will get unlimited food and drink while enjoying the baseball game and fireworks.
Throughout the year S.C. Swiderski will be celebrating with their tenants and vendors as well. We will host tenant events at their locations and more donations to local non-profits will be given out at these events as well. Vendors will also be recognized at these events as part of the year long celebration.
We would like to thank all our employees and leadership team for their continued hard work and dedication to the company. During its 30th year of operation, the company will have a record breaking year of apartment openings and new projects going into construction. S.C. S.C. Swiderski Opens Multiple New Buildings in April
S.C. Swiderski, LLC will be opening multiple apartment buildings in the month of April. These new buildings will offer a variety of quality rental housing options in Hortonville, Shawano, Merrill, and Oshkosh. All four locations went into construction in 2021 and will continue to open new buildings throughout the year.
SCS Hortonville offers 1-to-3-bedroom options with 11 total floor plans to chose from. They have keyless entry attached or detached garages included with each apartment. These also come with high-speed internet and cable, private laundry and they are pet friendly.
At SCS Shawano, there are 1-to-3 bedroom options with 8 total floor plans to choose from. These also include a keyless entry garage, high-speed internet and cable, private laundry and are pet friendly. These apartments will also have a deck or patio and a vaulted ceiling in their upper apartments.
SCS Fox Point is located in Merrill; it offers 1-to-3 bedroom options with 6 total floor plans to choose from. These will include keyless entry attached or detached garages, high-speed internet and cable, private laundry and are pet friendly.
At SCS Oshkosh, there are 1-to-3 bedroom options with 8 total floor plans to chose from. They include a keyless entry attached or detached garage, high-speed internet and cable, private laundry and are pet friendly.
