S.C. Swiderski has been approved by the Village of Spencer to bring a new housing community to the Graupner Subdivision on W. Willow Dr. and S. Oak St. This site will feature apartment homes with a variety of floor plans and amenities. We believe quality housing is a critical need in this community and are excited to propose a response to this need.

Do you monitor your sites and enforce rules?

We will offer professional leasing staff and 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Tenants on our sites must agree to the Rules & Regulations that can be found HERE. The Rules & Regulations are enforced.

When will this project start? When will it be completed?

This project will begin construction in the Spring of 2023. As the builder and owner of the project, we will adjust the schedule according to demand in the area.

How will this benefit the Village of Spencer?

We feel the project will benefit the area in several ways. First, it provides a variety of maintenance-free housing options at a wide range of price points and adds much-needed housing in the area. The project is a private investment in the community which will add a property tax base for the city. Local subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers will be contracted to work on this project. We will also utilize local suppliers and lenders whenever possible. Lastly, we will be an active member of your community for the long term adding property management jobs on-site and contributing to local charitable organizations and causes through our CAS Committee.
