When will this project start? When will it be completed?
We anticipate starting this project in 2026. As the builder and owner of the project, we will adjust the schedule according to demand in the area.

We feel the project will benefit the area in several ways. First, it provides maintenance free housing options in a convenient location adding much needed housing in the area. The project is a private investment in the community which will add property tax base for the city. Local subcontractors, tradespeople and laborers will have substantial work on this project. We will also utilize local suppliers and lenders whenever possible. Lastly, we will be an active member of your community for the long term adding property management jobs on site and contributing to local charitable organizations and causes through our CAS Committee.
